{"id":3901,"date":"2020-02-24T13:30:17","date_gmt":"2020-02-24T12:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/courses\/chemicke-latky-praca-chemikalie\/"},"modified":"2024-05-27T10:46:53","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T08:46:53","slug":"chemicke-latky-praca-chemikalie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/en\/courses\/chemicke-latky-praca-chemikalie\/","title":{"rendered":"Chemicals and Diisocyanates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/plan-kurzov\/\"><strong><i>\u2192<\/i><i> Training date<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>\u2190<\/i><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Training is also conducted remotely in the form of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/en\/elearning-2\/\">E-learning.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Content focus of the introduction to chemicals and substances containing Diisocyanates:<\/h3>\n<p>The aim of the familiarisation is to inform the participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on the legal obligations governing the requirements for handling chemical agents and substances containing diisocyanates,<\/li>\n<li>the dangers of chemicals and their negative impact on human health and life, or on the environment or material values,<\/li>\n<li>on the proper storage and handling of chemicals,<\/li>\n<li>on the proper use of protective equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Periodicity of familiarisation (training)<\/h3>\n<p>The employer shall provide the required familiarisation to employees and persons handling chemical agents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>before commencing work involving hazardous chemical agents and<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>repeatedly, taking into account changing conditions, at least once a year (chemicals)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>repeatedly at least 1x 5 years (diisocaynates).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Legislation related to chemical agents:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act No. 355\/2007 Coll. as amended on the protection, promotion and development of public health<\/li>\n<li>Act No. 67\/2010 Coll. the Chemical Act<\/li>\n<li>Government Regulation No. 355\/2006 Coll. as amended, on the protection of employees against risks related to exposure to chemical agents at work<\/li>\n<li>EC Regulation 1907\/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)<\/li>\n<li>EC Regulation No 1272\/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures<\/li>\n<li>142\/2004 Coll. for the use of the establishment and other premises in which the surface treatment of products with coating substances is carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>If you are interested in arranging a date of acquaintance and a quotation, please do not hesitate to <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/kontakt\/\">contact us.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<h2>Read more about DIIZOKYNATES on our blog:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohsas.sk\/praca-s-diizokyanatmi\/\">Working with diisocyanates.. &#8211; OHSAS<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Familiarisation with chemical agents is intended for persons, employees and managers who handle chemical agents, for example in chemical laboratories, in agriculture, in the construction industry or in plants where chemical agents come into contact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":3025,"parent":3175,"menu_order":5,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3901","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
